If issues arise from the dog, the Pet Parent(s) can choose to end the stay or continue with minimal activities.

Dog Walk Policy:
-
Deogee prioritizes the safety and well-being of all pets under our care. Therefore, please be aware that bad weather conditions, such as heavy rain, extreme heat, or snow, may result in shortened or canceled walks.
-
Deogee may substitute walks with indoor activities to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort.
-
It is the Pet Parent(s)’ responsibility to ensure their dog is properly prepared for walks (e.g., appropriate harness, collar, or jacket in cold weather). If your dog is sensitive to certain weather conditions, please inform us so we can make adjustments to the walking schedule.

Pet Safety & Care Adjustment Policy:
At Deogee, the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in our care is our highest priority. We recognize that each pet is unique, with individual personalities, health needs, and comfort levels. To ensure a safe and positive experience, we may adjust your pet’s care as needed based on behavior, health, or environmental conditions.
Situations Where Adjustments May Be Made:
-
Behavioral Concerns: If a pet shows signs of fear, anxiety, aggression, or discomfort, we may modify their routine, limit exposure to other pets or people, or provide more individualized attention.
-
Health Observations: If we observe signs of illness or discomfort (e.g., limping, vomiting, lethargy, excessive scratching), we may reduce physical activity, change handling procedures, or pause certain services until further guidance is received from you or your vet.
-
Weather or Environmental Conditions: For the safety of pets, outdoor time may be shortened or adjusted during extreme heat, cold, storms, or poor air quality.
-
Energy Level, Age, or Special Needs: Young, elderly, or special-needs pets may receive tailored care that balances rest, activity, and enrichment according to their individual needs.
-
